Trello- This one’s for the list makers. 🙋🏼♀️🙋🏼♀️You can have lists inside of categories inside of even broader categories. For instance, one of my boards is titled website and inside of that workspace I have different lists: blog post ideas, resources to share, portfolio ideas… etc. Full of goodies and ideas I don’t want to forget. I love it. 💗
Playbook- Storage in a visually pleasing way- A great place to showcase an art portfolio if you don’t have or don’t want the hassle of a website. They offer an astounding 4 TB (!!!!) of free storage for artists.
AirTable- great for organizing data- This is one I’ve only recently begun playing around with but it’s recommended by so many artists. It’s a lot like spreadsheets but with soo many customizations for each category. Keep records of your pitches, how each of your products are doing, collections that have been licensed… so many options and it’s also free.
